Welcome to Restaurant Ryzlink. A place where quality wine, delicious food and magical views will accompany you every step of the way.

Paolo Palazzo, the chef of Ryzlink Restaurant, continues and develops the Fucik family tradition. Paolo's love for cooking has been with him since he was a child and his favourite cuisine is Czech and Italian. His roots lead him to both. All his menus are united by one of the chef's constant ingredients, and that is his passion for cooking.

Add to that the perfect pairing of dishes with wines from the Fučík Winery and the art is on the table! And don't forget, as our Chef Paolo says, "life is too short to skip dessert".

Pork Feast Weekend

Indulge in a traditional Pork Feast Weekend from January 17–19, 2025

Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • Pork Terrine Tartare
    Pickled vegetables, Dijon mustard, pickled mustard seeds, fresh parsley, and toasted sourdough bread. 185 CZK

  • Creamy Smoked Soup
    With crackling and bacon crumble, finished with paprika oil. 125 CZK

  • Roasted Sausage and Black Pudding
    Served with bacon-infused sauerkraut, pan drippings sauce, baked potato in foil, and crispy fried cabbage. 275 CZK

  • Confit Pork Belly
    Beer and honey reduction, potato mousse, toasted buckwheat, and onion dust. 315 CZK

  • Grape Sorbet with Golden Eau de Vie
    Topped with walnut crumble, bone marrow, and Granny Smith apple. 145 CZK

Let yourself be swept away by the flavors of love with these exceptional dishes:

  • STARTER: Salmon Gravlax, nori seaweed, avocado purée, brioche – 185 CZK
  • SOUP: Pumpkin Cream Soup, ginger, chili, pomegranate – 125 CZK
  • MAIN COURSE: Zander Fillet with brown butter, potato tarte tatin, lemon sauce, and caviar – 395 CZK
  • MAIN COURSE: Filet Mignon with Jerusalem artichoke purée, thyme sauce, and caramelized carrots – 595 CZK
  • DESSERT: White Chocolate Mille Feuille with red rose gel – 145 CZK

Menu

The basis of every dish in our restaurant is fresh local ingredients without added chemicals. In addition, Chef Paolo Palazzo always adjusts his menus according to the current season.

With wine, we recommend our "Moravian" tapas, which we either make ourselves or are supplied by local suppliers. Enjoy!
